These Terms and Conditions apply when you book or attend a session with Oxyregenerate (“we”, “us”, “our”) or use this website. Please read them carefully before booking. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms. They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Medical Disclaimer.

About us

Our service

We offer seated hyperbaric chamber sessions at our premises in Plymouth. Information on this website is general and is not a guarantee of any particular result. The service is not medical treatment, and nothing on this website or said during a session is medical advice.

Booking a session

  • Sessions are booked through our external booking provider, Bookingpress, or by arrangement with us directly.
  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or our booking provider.
  • You must be minimum age, e.g. 18 or over to book, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.
  • Please make sure the details you give us are accurate and complete.

Suitability screening and consent

  • A session is only available once you have completed our suitability screening and consent process. Where screening is required, you must complete it before your session.
  • You must give us full and honest information about your health, medication and circumstances, and tell us promptly if anything changes before your appointment.
  • We may decline or cancel a booking, or stop a session, if we believe a session is not suitable for you or it is not safe to continue. Where this happens before a session starts, we will refund.
  • If you have a medical condition or any doubt about whether a session is right for you, please speak to a healthcare professional before booking. Please continue any care that has been prescribed to you.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Current session prices and packages are shown at booking page.
  • Payment is taken at our booking or payment gateway. Payments made through our booking provider are processed securely by them.
 

Cancelling and rearranging

  • If you need to cancel or rearrange, please tell us as soon as possible by telephone, email or through the booking provider.
  • if you arrive more than X minutes late we may need to shorten or rearrange your session
  • If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer you a new time or a refund of any amount you have paid for that session.
  • These terms do not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer, including any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 that applies to your booking.

Your visit

  • Please follow the preparation instructions we give you before your appointment and the instructions of our team during your session.
  • For safety reasons you may be asked not to bring certain items into the chamber area. We will tell you what applies. [CONFIRM APPROVED LIST]
  • You must not attend if you are unwell in a way that could make a session unsuitable, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • You can ask to stop a session at any time by using the communication method we explain to you before you begin.
  • We may ask you to leave, and may cancel future bookings without refund, if your behaviour puts the safety of yourself or others at risk.

Accessibility

If you have access needs, please contact us before booking so we can talk through the chamber, the seating and the premises and whether we can meet your requirements.

Our responsibility to you

  • We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
  • We do not promise any particular outcome from a session, and individual experiences differ.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
  • Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, or for loss caused by information you did not give us or gave us inaccurately.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as equipment failure outside our control, severe weather, power or utility failure, or illness. If this happens, we will offer you another appointment or a refund for the affected session.

Using this website

  • The content on this website is for general information only and may change without notice.
  • We try to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
  • All text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use but must not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book is the one that applies to that booking. The latest version is always on this page.

General

  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, this does not mean we have given it up.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
